Holidays

The holidays are right around the corner! I absolutely love this time of year.. the weather finally cools in my part of the country..well it goes from the 70's to the 50's overnight!! Really do not have a Fall! 

With the holidays come traditions. When our son was born, we started having Christmas at our house every year and planning a family trip every year as well. The first trip was to Philadelphia...talk about cold!! Was so much fun, Philadelphia is great during the holidays.

So each year we travel, Atlanta, New Orleans, Disney...this year, it's New Orleans! The weather should be great! We have been visiting New Orleans for years..and one of our favorite things to do around the holidays is Tea with Teddy! Tea with Teddy happens every year at the Roosevelt Hotel and it's special! The kiddos have a story read to them from Mrs. Claus, yummy food is served.. Santa arrives with his entourage and everyone is soo happy! We take a family pic every year with Santa and then at the end, our son receives a Teddy Bear, not quite sure why my husband and I do not since we pay the same price!! Anyways it is always a fun time in New Orleans, lots of things to do with kids and never too cold!
